Job Description We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with experience in managing database implementation, migration, and upgrade projects. The ideal candidate will also have experience in analytics and managed service efforts. Candidates should have a proven track record of translating complex business challenges into effective technical project plans. The candidate should be adept at managing client expectations regarding scope, resources, and timelines to drive project success. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a team and coordinate complex, multi-week project engagements for multiple clients globally. The candidate will work closely with internal team members to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and customer satisfaction standards. Key Skills: - 7+ years of Project Management experience - Proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset - Excellent written and oral communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences - Ability to manage and execute projects using best practices - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and pivot tables - Experience in Data warehouse, Analytics, or Database/RDBMs project implementation (preferred) - Experience managing database implementations, upgrades, or migrations lasting 3+ months - Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies; ability to manage as required - PMP or Agile SCRUM certification (preferred) - Bachelor's degree or equivalent required Datavail is a leading provider of data management, application development, analytics, and cloud services.
