Partner Monitoring: Review flagged loans, conduct audits, and confirm data accuracy. Translations: Support translation requests and maintain documentation. Additional Tasks: Support small projects and test new solutions. Skills and Qualifications: Education: Highly organized with experience in customer service. Communication: Superior written communication skills. Critical Thinking: Strong critical thinking and process orientation. Tech Skills: Proficient in Excel, Salesforce, Looker, and Google Suite.
