Job Description: We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a People Experience Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for elevating the HR function and supporting the growth objectives of our country operations. This role requires a strong HR leader who can deploy effective HR processes, enhance team performance, coach leaders, and address key recruitment and retention challenges. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring proactive and timely execution of the country headcount plan, implementing and standardizing effective HR policies and processes, coaching and collaborating with leadership teams, developing programs to improve employee lifecycle, acting as a strategic advisor on organizational development, managing labor affairs, and building a high-performing local PX team. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Law or a related field. - At least 6 years of HR experience, including 3 years in a senior HR role within a high-growth or scaling organization. - Proven success in optimizing HR functions, addressing recruitment and retention challenges, and leading cultural transformation. - Fluent in spoken and written English.
