Job Title: IT Assistant Manager This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks of a global desktop support team, supervising other system analysts and site computer technicians. The IT Assistant Manager will be the first point of contact for client escalations, requirements and implementations, and will provide technical support during major incidents. The ideal candidate will have experience in administration of Exchange, remote access technologies, Microsoft Active Directory domain administration and support. They will also have knowledge of enterprise backup solutions, software and hardware installation parameters, and troubleshooting techniques. Additionally, they will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate weekly and monthly reports, and maintain inventory of IT assets. - Responsibilities: - Administration of Exchange, remote access technologies, Microsoft Active Directory domain administration and support - Support of enterprise backup solutions, including application administration and troubleshooting hardware-related issues - Determination of proper installation parameters for software and hardware - Proactive analysis, detection, identification, and correction of technical problems and deficiencies - Generation of weekly and monthly reports - Maintenance of inventory of IT assets - 24x7 on-call production support Requirements: - Excellent technical writing skills - Problem-solving skills - Leadership skills - Decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (verbal and written) - Analytical skills - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills - Ability to present to managerial and executive level roles - Multi-tasking and time management - Willingness to work under pressure Preferred Qualifications: - B2+ or C1 English language proficiency - Minimum 3-5 years technology experience with at least 2 years hands-on technical roles in the field - Extensive knowledge of data processing, hardware platforms, and enterprise software applications, networking, and user support - Good working knowledge skills with O365 Products, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Project - Experience in development and implementation of standards, procedures, and guidelines to support operational processes - Proven ability to adapt to a flexible schedule and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high-pressure on-call environment with changing priorities - Experience with supervising an IT support team - Desired certifications include but not limited to A+, MCSE, CCNA - Working knowledge of Microsoft Networking principles such as DNS, WINS, DHCP - Working knowledge of Cisco-based routing and switching About Us: We are a global experience company that believes in being people-first, celebrating diversity, and incubating innovation.
