Job Description We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Fixed Income Researcher Credit. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a deep knowledge and fundamental understanding of companies and industries under coverage. Your key responsibilities will include: - Fundamental monitoring of industries and credits under coverage; - Development of financial models and databases for respective companies and industries; - Investment case development and quarterly results presentation to the Investment Committee; - Analysis of bond issues, corporate events, and possible corporate restructurings; - Continuous communication with portfolio managers on impact and consequence of relevant news; - Network building with Latin American companies and regional/international financial community; - Meeting/conference organization and participation with companies in covered industries; - Sales team support in customer service; - Work with high standards of professionalism and technical exigency; - Contribution to investment process of LatAm fixed income strategies individually and as a team; - Support PMs/CoPMs on managing information, tracking results, and opportunities; - Presentation support for Management Committees, Townhalls, new products, and current products updates; - Senior team visibility into relevant deal information through the investment process; - Junior team training and development, guiding, and mentoring through feedback. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must have: - Relevant experience in the financial industry; - Bachelor's Degree (mandatory); - Knowledge of Latin American markets, financial products, valuation of financial assets, and financial modeling (mandatory); - Fluent English (mandatory); - CFA (desirable); Database and programming language skills (desirable); - High analytical skills; - Focus on excellence, detail, thoroughness, and depth of analysis; - Strategic vision, ability to understand in-depth companies and industries under coverage, and detect opportunities and risks based on movements in relevant variables; - Soft skills, ability to work as part of a team, and high level of demand; - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, influence, and maintain good interpersonal relationships; Ability to learn from mistakes; - Visualize challenges as opportunities.
