Requirements: - Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience. - 5 to 10 years of experience in IT or service delivery roles. - Conversational English (B2 or higher). - Over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role. - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. - Proven ability to manage priorities in high-pressure environments. - Experience in incident analysis, project coordination, and client relationship management. - Knowledge of SQL and Oracle databases is a plus. - Experience using tools like JIRA for incident tracking and reporting. - Experience in financial services or trade finance is a plus. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the main liaison between CGI and Trade360 clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication. - Analyze system issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions or alternatives. - Manage and track Service Requests (SRs), incident reports, and ensure compliance with SLAs and client contracts. - Coordinate internal and external activities related to service delivery and production support. - Facilitate and document regular meetings with clients, including operational and incident-related discussions. - Provide support and collaborate with both functional and technical teams, while independently managing assigned tasks. - Maintain and update client-facing documentation, including incident analysis reports and escalation protocols. Additional Skills: - Deliver high-quality service and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. - Ensure timely resolution of production issues and clear communication during incidents. - Facilitate smooth collaboration between onshore and offshore teams. - Continuously improve service delivery processes and documentation. - Support business analysis efforts to enhance system functionality and customer experience. - Be occasionally available for after-hours support, including nights or weekends, as needed.
