Job Summary The Tooling Logistics Specialist II is responsible for the inbound/outbound movements of tooling. This includes the inventory control of the SAP-ETM tooling system and a direct link to implementation of tooling procedures, analysis, and administration. Responsible for timely and accurate entry of freight cost and dates. Essential Function Maintain housekeeping of warehouse to meet safety standards and follow all safety guidelines Accurately manage data in ETM, including inventory control, calibrations, billing, and closure of work orders are carried out. Maintain and reconcile all shipping cost submissions by working with the Freight forwarder billing team Track Carnet status for shipments completed under ATA Carnet application and on time notification to Site team for extension alert. Resolve customs issues of getting tooling into difficult countries, by working with our logistic providers Partner with Sourcing and the Regional Tooling Managers to determine tooling needs to support the Region and our Customers. Work with transportation companies to ensure on time deliveries and log performances of the carriers to ensure they meet the required standards and set KPI`s. Timely processing of shipment requests from Tooling Operations team to fulfill outbound and inbound movement and generate supporting documentation Utilize SAP-ETM system and record dates and freight cost for inbound and outbound shipments in real time to ensure accurate system processing Collaborate with tooling operations team to ensure accurate kits, dates, freight cost, etc are reflected correctly in SAP-ETM system. Timely communication with tooling teams and vendors to meet targeted shipment deadlines Support international logistics team with shipments of tools Enter data into supporting logistic systems to support logistics payments and freight cost Coordination of pickups and deliveries with carriers and field crews Work collaboratively with the Tool Center Team to improve systems and procedures relating to both Tooling and Logistics. Complete required, annual safety training Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments Travel may be required May be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values. Qualifications /Requirements Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of experience in logistics related role, OR High School Diploma and 5+ years of logistics planning and execution experience Moderate computer skills, including ability to create spreadsheets and reports Must be able to read and interpret technical manuals Desired Characteristics Excellent customer, communication, and interpersonal skills Understand office formats and procedures, including Microsoft Office Suite Logistics experience with “goods-in / goods-out” protocol Experience in domestic/international logistics processes, compliance, and procedures Physical Requirements (EU Excluded) Must be able to see and move throughout warehouse to resolve work problems and facilitate processes; repetitive motion activities may be involved. Frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and squatting. Ability and willingness to handle repetitive weight up to 40 lbs.
