We are searching for the best talent for **Business Technology Sr Leader** to be in **Sao Paulo Brazil or Bogotá, Colombia**. **You will be responsible for**: - Strategically Support and Deliver technology solutions. - Efficiently collaborate with the MMT LATAM Technology Leaders and Product Manager Groups to define priorities and craft the portfolio of teams to be established. - Work with the development centers and with external providers to source agile teams for the best portfolio performance. Lead all aspects of the delivery of the portfolio under responsibility and remove impediments for delivery. - Direct collaboration with customers to enable and support strategic programs. - Accountable for the lifecycle support of technical solutions in production. - Improve a culture of accountability, with end-to-end ownership. - Champion culture of agility, teamwork, and steadfast improvement. - Market the (new) J&J; Technology capabilities towards the organization. **Qualifications** Qualifications and requirements: - MBA or master’s in Technology Sciences or equivalent - minimum education. - Meaningful experience of 10 years, preferred in the Healthcare industry. - Strong Business Partnership experience. - Ability to tackle sophisticated business problems and present recommendations to senior management effectively. - Must have good planning, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. - Precisely handle IT portfolio, including resource leveling, budget management, and delivery to timelines; all including associated monitoring and controlling. - Demonstrable ability to lead and influence others at all levels within the organization. - Superior facilitation skills and ability to work across organizations and unite diverse individuals with disparate goals and enable productive discussion and outcomes. - Strong doer with the ability to optimally navigate, change and drive success across both direct and hierarchical situations. - Exceptional organization, planning and prioritization skills; superb interpersonal communication skills. - Shown experience with Agile methodology in project management. Preferred: - Experience in leading regional projects. - Technical capabilities will include CRM solutions, Digital engagement platforms, Omnichannel, Automation, Healthcare Technology Innovation, Data Science, Machine Learning, Augmented Reality, and Artificial Intelligence.
