**Accountabilities** - Develop the market studies related to the CS&CC; projects like OSW, Hydrogen among others - Support the business case study building base on open and focus searches - Help on creating the best human environment possible - Share a flag if any obstacle is foreseen blocking the target accomplishment - Follow all the instructions and tasks assigned for the PM or workmates in charge - Share knowledge and experience with the workmates in terms of market study to continue building flexible capabilities - Formalize procedures when ERM doesn´t have them, related to the processes and tasks done
