We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as Senior Specialist Product Operations AML Solutions. Job Description The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the billing, financial, and KPI tracking operations within our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Solutions Product Operations team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, who can work collaboratively with technical, billing, finance, and product teams to deliver a smooth customer experience. Key responsibilities include: - Reporting to the VP, AML Solutions Product Manager and working closely with the platform, billing, and finance teams to track successful processes monthly. - Preparing monthly files and reports to feed into multiple processes required for monthly invoicing. - - Tracking customer use of AML Solutions and forecasting impact to our financial targets. - Supporting program management operations – ensuring customers' billing is reported/processed accurately. - Responding to customer inquiries related to invoicing. - Collaborating with the billing team and finance teams as required. - Identifying, supporting, and driving process improvement initiatives (to work methods, processes & systems). - Reporting on and identifying monthly operational KPIs including financials, and product usage. - Providing reporting including interpretation, trends, and root cause analysis to assist preparation for monthly or ad-hoc reviews. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: - In-depth experience of Excel (advanced) required. - A proficient agile person with interest and passion for payments and/or fintech, banking, and financial services. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities (English); ability to communicate independently and build strong relationships. - Detailed, process-oriented individual with high level of understanding of data, data matching across multiple sources. - Pro-active problem solver; always searching for process improvement opportunities. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to identify key issues, structure analysis and synthesize large amounts of data, and provide recommendations effectively. - Have strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate and simplify complex topics. - Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning by leveraging the learning & development curriculum to augment existing knowledge, skills and experiences.
