Base pay range $12,000.00/yr - $15,000.00/yr About The Role We're looking for a high-performing Strategic Operations & Creative Associate who can operate across business development and creative functions. This person will work directly with our Business Development Director and support special projects across multiple ventures. The ideal candidate is a hybrid thinker: highly resourceful, strategic, analytical, and creative, someone who takes initiative, solves problems independently, and follows through with flawless execution.
