Wellspring Learning Centers is actively hiring compassionate, creative, and caring professionals to provide ABA to children and young adults with autism and related developmental disabilities at our clinics. We understand the crucial role technicians play in providing quality services, which is why we offer Paid certification training for all those seeking to become an RBT . Behavior Technicians work one-on-one with clients to implement goals that are written and overseen by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). BTs help clients acquire new skills and create environments that are exciting, fun, and motivating. BTs will also provide feedback and collect data for each client to achieve long-term, life-changing results.
