If you have the desire to learn and succeed, Loomis is the place for you. Join our team! Essential Functions: Identify delinquent accounts and contact clients via phone to collect overdue balances. Manage incoming accounts receivable calls to resolve account disputes, review sales, service, or credit terms. Send invoices and letters to encourage payment of delinquent accounts. Prepare account adjustments (debits and credits) for review by the Controller. Research short payments and recommend actions to resolve deficiencies. Prepare files for submission to third parties. Suspend services and recommend reinstatement based on collection efforts. Prepare manual deposits for checks received at the branch. Apply cash and correct invoices as needed. Meet district and corporate collection deadlines. Assist with end-of-month billing processes. Requirements: Associate degree in Administration preferred. At least one year of experience in collections preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Bilingual in Spanish and English.
