Discover the Role The Project Manager for our Regional Delivery Center (RDC) Managesdirectly selected transitions, including setu ort during migration pro p of centralized services for selected Clients, including planning, coordination and implementation. Key Responsibilities Manage directly selected transitions, including setup of centralized services for selected Clients, including planning, coordination and support during migration process.Embrace and contribute to further development of transition methodology used (governance model, risk management, planning, tracking tools, templates, reporting).Provide coordination, communication and support across Teams involved in transition, including project management resources, internal subject matter experts, Process/Practice Owners, technical support, etc.Manage organizationally complex work, mitigating risk from the start through to life of transition project and each wave.Interface with internal functions (HR & Recruitment, Finance, IT, Facility) to ensure RDC as a site is prepared to onboard new staff and take over workCreate and keep detailed project plans to manage interdependencies across transition projects;Ensure change control to manage deviationsMonitor the project plan ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner and the appropriate corrective actions are implementedAdhere to relevant escalation processes to escalate resource issues, delayed project phases, missed deadlines and other planning issuesEnsure project milestones are agreed and published and key dates and deliverables are communicated with involved parties.Manage the expenditure within selected projects and support Operational Excellence Team in benefit realization trackingEffectively manage the stakeholders and support change and communication initiativesEnsure project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.Review the outcomes of each migration wave to determine any corrective actions that could be taken to improve future transitions in terms of timeline, quality of knowledge transfer, cost and satisfaction of internal stakeholders.Oversee the stabilization period quality measures and ensure projects are not closed until these have been metOversee, manage and deliver training programs in the Regional Delivery Center (RDC)Develop strong partnering relationships with Local Offices' subject matter experts to achieve learning transfer goalsAbility to identify continuous learning needs for conversion into sustainable user experienceOrganize and deliver refreshing training for Talent that requires itDesign instructor lead and virtual training programs and materials for sustaining and advancing Regional Delivery Center (RDC) members engagement interests.Develop and maintain an organized view of learning content, resources and tools. Key Requirements Proven experience in a multi-country, multiple legal entity environmentPrevious experience in BPO/SSC/Centralized delivery model will be an advantagePrevious experience in leading teams.Good knowledge of accounting, GAAP, corporate practices; IFRS knowledge will be an assetMS Office literacy;Good English language skills (written and spoken)University degree preferable in Accounting, Finance or Economics as beneficialProactive and engaged attitude.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailsContinuous improvement mindset and process orientation and a solution orientated work approach What's in it for you?
