Experienced Dispatcher and load planner to join our team and take charge of strategically planning and dispatching loads for our fleet of drivers. Qualifications - Minimum of 2 years of dispatching experience, preferably in the dry-van industry. - Strong knowledge of OTR freight planning and driver management. - Proficiency in using dispatch and fleet management software. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. - Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements. - A team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving company goals. Responsibilities - Develop and execute efficient load plans for OTR drivers across the U.S. - Collaborate with customer service representative teams to coordinate freight delivery schedules. - Monitor and address load issues, driver constraints, and unexpected challenges. - Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers. - Utilize dispatching and fleet management software. - Analyze freight lanes and trends to provide recommendations for load planning. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior planners and dispatchers as needed.
