At DFLOW, your future is our priority. **Job Overview**: Employment Type: Indefinite Term Type Contract - Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST and EST - Work Setup: Onsite in Bogotá and Medellin **Responsibilities**: - Liaise with clients to clarify design briefs and determine creative objectives. - Offer advice and guidance to clients on the most appropriate creative solutions to meet their needs and ensure correct messaging and brand compliance. - Schedule workloads and expectations, negotiating solutions with stakeholders where various interests must be accommodated. - Provide high-level mentoring and education to team members to enhance creative capability. - Manage staff performing graphic design duties, including distributing responsibilities and reviewing performance. - Manage the training and development of staff, including researching, evaluating, and implementing best practice approaches, techniques, and technology in both print and digital design. - Oversee team coordinators and leads to maintain high-quality design standards in line with current trends. - Collaborate with other creatives to develop high-quality concepts meeting customer's brand and brief. - Involve in customer projects from start to finish, ensuring successful project completion against deadlines, including project quality assurance. - Maintain communications with appropriate creative staff and management to maintain positive workflow through internal systems and ensure higher productivity. - Independently monitor, review, and develop creative procedures, priorities, and quality control systems, proposing streamlined initiatives for future demands. - Contribute as required by the General Manager to planning, reporting, and budgetary statements. **Qualifications Needed**: - Undergraduate degree in a design discipline and/or equivalent professional design experience in a studio or agency setting. - Five or more years of experience as a Production Manager or Studio Manager. - Interest in - and aptitude for - creative business, marketing solutions, and a high-level understanding of traditional design and the current digital landscape and trends. - Excellent interpersonal skills to identify and communicate client’s creative vision, concepts, and solutions clearly and effectively, while managing stakeholders, internal teams, and clients. - Well-rounded skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Thorough knowledge of other digital software including: - Communication - Slack, MS Teams - MS Office - Word, PowerPoint. - Demonstrated management and leadership skills with successful experience in promoting a cohesive and effective team and managing workflows. - Demonstrated organization and problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage several different projects concurrently, and able to decipher design briefs and objectives into intelligent design and copy solutions. - Demonstrated experience in project management in the creative industry with an ability to work well under tight deadlines for projects of various sizes and scopes. - Demonstrated high level of self-motivation and personal management skills. - Proven ability to focus on objectives rather than procedures and precedents. **Benefits**: - 5-day work week - Prepaid medicine - Work items provided - Indefinite term type contract - Extra vacation leave with monetization option - Direct exposure to clients - Career growth opportunities - Diverse and supportive work environment - Prime office locations in Bogotá and Medellin - Upskilling opportunities through Emapta Academy **Discover Emapta, where your career meets Colombian vibrancy!** Emapta is not just a global outsourcing power
