We are looking for an experienced HRBP Senior who will act as a strategic leader, employee advocate, and change agent. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. 8–12 years of experience in senior HR roles, preferably within multinational or professional services companies, combining both corporate and operational exposure. Proven experience leading teams and complex HR projects. Strong capabilities in leadership development, performance management, and organizational culture. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Strategic mindset with analytical skills and excellent time management. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, systems thinking, and resilience.
