This role is a remote position that reports to the Senior Manager, GRO FP&A.; As a Global FP&A; Specialist, you will conduct enterprise-wide financial activities, including budgeting, modeling, forecasting, and month-end accounting and reporting to support senior management's decision-making. As a key Finance and business partner, this individual will drive efficiency improvements through various activities, including financial and operational KPIs, performance management, modeling, forecasting, and tailored reporting. - Provide strategic financial and operational analysis to inform senior management decisions. - Deliver insights that link financial reports to business strategies. - Support financial decision-making, budget processes, and month-end close responsibilities. - Develop and implement best financial practices. - Act as an advocate for revenue drivers and cost control, highlighting key business performance risks, issues, and opportunities. - Develop and maintain a broad network throughout global finance and business teams. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA a plus. - 6-8+ years of progressive financial experience in providing budget, forecast, and business analysis support within a large, global corporation. - Strong analytical skills to synthesize large quantities of data and distill them into insightful analysis. - Ability to build partnerships, influence decisions, and coordinate across multiple business units. - Advanced proficiency in Oracle enterprise management applications or equivalent. - Passion for driving results to provide valuable performance analysis and reporting.
