This role requires analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong focus on customer service to ensure a smooth, timely, and effective experience for our restaurant vertical partners. Responsibilities include: Handling and managing queries or complaints related to partner payments. Analyzing, identifying, and resolving inconsistencies or issues in the payment flow. Following up on open cases to ensure complete resolution within defined SLAs. Escalating cases that require intervention from other areas (Finance, Legal, or Technology). Using tools like Excel and internal databases for data analysis and reporting. Maintaining clear, empathetic, and effective communication with partners throughout the process. Required profile: Student or graduate in Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Analytical skills and problem-solving orientation. Desirable experience in customer service, operational support, or administrative areas. Intermediate proficiency in tools like Excel. Good written and verbal communication skills.
