About the Role: We seek a talented Senior Merchant Experience Agent to oversee and assist Account Management and Merchant Support tasks. - Oversee and work phone and ticket queues from partnered merchants. - Work with Merchant Accounts for successful onboarding and satisfaction. - Ensure Merchant satisfaction and measure NPS reviews and scores. - Work with management to complete tasks and projects assigned. - Track and manage/improve KPIs. Requirements: - Proven work experience in Business to Business support and/or account management. - Experience in customer service settings. - Excellent communication and listening skills. - Intermediate to advanced computer skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with ZenDesk, Salesforce, and Salesloft. - 1-3 years of experience with Business to Business support/communication. - Fluency in French.
