Financial Operations Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to oversee our financial operations and ensure seamless revenue collection processes. This role is critical in managing accounts receivable, overseeing automated financial processes in Airtable, and ensuring our billing operations run flawlessly. You will be responsible for making sure invoices are sent out properly, payments are collected efficiently, and our financial data is accurately categorized and reported. - Accounts Receivable Management: Oversee invoice generation, payment collection, and follow-up processes to ensure optimal cash flow - Financial Process Oversight: Manage and optimize automated financial workflows in Airtable, ensuring all processes run smoothly - Billing Operations: Ensure accurate and timely billing processes, maintaining spotless invoicing procedures across all business entities - Expense Management: Properly categorize and track business expenses, maintaining organized financial records - Financial Reporting: Build comprehensive reports on revenue streams, cost analysis, and key financial metrics for leadership decision-making Weekly Deliverables: - Categorized transaction reports - Exception reports for miscoded items - Chart of accounts utilization summary Requirements: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field - Experience: 3-5 years of finance or accounting experience with focus on accounts receivable and process management - Specialized Knowledge: Experience with chart of accounts design and financial categorization systems - Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in financial systems, advanced Excel skills, and experience with automated processes (Airtable experience preferred) - Quality Focus: Strong attention to detail for accurate coding and categorization - Process Management: Proven ability to manage and improve financial workflows and billing operations - Communication: Excellent English proficiency for stakeholder interaction and reporting Preferred Qualifications: - Industry Experience: E-commerce or high-growth company background - Technology Skills: Experience with Airtable, automation tools, and financial management systems Benefits: - Competitive Salary - Remote Work: Fully remote position with flexibility in hours aligned with Mexico time - Professional Development: Opportunities for continuous learning and skill development - Collaborative Environment: Join a supportive and innovative team culture About the Role: The selected candidate will work closely with our leadership team to drive success for our clients.
