The Airport Companion App is a major contributor to this improvement. It provides a mobile solution for roaming agents at the airport. Agents equipped with mobile devices (such as iPads) can serve the travelers wherever they are in the airport, reducing the need to use physical desks. Initially designed for iPad (Apple) users only, we have just started an exciting transformation to support more devices and platforms (e.g., Android) and increase adoption among our airline customers. Summary of the role: We are looking for a Product Definition Analyst (PDA) to join our dynamic team. The PDA will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, defining product features, and ensuring that our products meet customer needs with the highest standards of quality and performance. to deliver exceptional products. You will work with QA experts, software development engineers, and UXs, using agile methodology (SAFE), you will work in a multicultural environment with colleagues based across the world in Dallas and London In this role you’ll: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Define product features and functionalities based on customer needs and market trends. Create detailed product specifications and user stories. Ensure that the product design aligns with the overall business objectives and customer expectations. Work closely with development and QA teams to validate product features. Participate in the testing process to ensure that the product meets the defined requirements. Identify and document any issues or discrepancies during the validation process. Maintain comprehensive documentation of product requirements, specifications, and validation results. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including development, QA and UX Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of product development and validation. About the ideal candidate: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in product definition, business analysis, or a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
