The adventure begins right here, with you, at SITA Please submit your resume in English ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Payroll Functional Lead to oversee and drive payroll operations across the AMER region. This role focuses on ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining compliance, and optimizing payroll systems and workflows. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in payroll regulations and operational excellence, with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. WHAT YOULL DO Lead and execute the process of payroll operations for the AMER region, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Develop and maintain payroll policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards. Coordinate the preparation and submission of payroll-related reports and filings. Oversee the preparation and submission of payroll-related reports and filings. Manage the payroll checklists and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to address payroll-related issues and provide solutions. Conduct regular checks of payroll processes to identify and address any discrepancies or areas for improvement. Stay up to date with changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Work closely with the Global Operations team and the General Ledger (GL) team to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes. Support knowledge sharing and capability building across the payroll function Qualifications ABOUT YOUR SKILLS 7+ years of experience in HR-related disciplines, with at least 5 years in HR Operations or Payroll. Proven experience in a complex, international, and fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of HRIS systems and data management. Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of shaping decisions and gaining buy-in across functions and geographies. Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field. Deep knowledge of payroll regulations and practices within the AMER region. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Fluency in English (essential for interaction with international clients); conversational Spanish required, with additional languages considered a strong asset. Preferred Qualifications: Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar certification. Experience with multinational payroll processing. WHAT WE OFFER Were all about diversity.
