Head ofMarket Strategy Do you want to be part of a network that unites andsupports? Within the Corporate Strategy & Market Analysis unit,Snam is looking for a Head of Market Strategy that will take thelead of the following activities: - Definition of energy scenarios,technology evolution and competitiveness of alternativedecarbonization pathways - Modelling of gas grid decarbonizationscenarios through the development of competing renewable gases andintegration with other energy vectors - Modelling and analysis ofsector coupling (power-gas) and infrastructures role (power and gasgrid), including storage solutions - Development of gas andhydrogen supply and flows outlook - Development and strengtheningof modelling capabilities - Analytical support for strategic andbusiness decisions in all development areas - Participate toM&A; process, providing scenarios and consistency with Snamstrategic vision The ideal profile has the following requirements:Must have - Passion for the energy industry with a strong will tocontribute to energy transition and decarbonization - Minimum of 7years of modelling and production of strategic content in theenergy industry, prior work in the power industry considered a plus - Excellent analysis and modelling capabilities with proven abilityof prior use of energy and economic models - Ability to go beyondthe numbers, deduct insights and explore consequences Soft Skills -Strong management skills, used to work independently and achieveagreed outcomes - Strong leadership and team management skills,experience leading a team - Highly organized and able to managemultiple priorities - Confident working with internal and externalstakeholders and capable of positively influence the discussions -Experience with cross-functional teamwork and collaboration -Excellent communication skills Sede di Lavoro: SAN DONATO MILANESEPaese: IT Tipologia Contrattuale: Tempo Indeterminato Funzione:CORPORATE STRATEGY & INVESTOR RELATIONS Esperienzaprofessionale: più di 7 anni Segmento professionale :Supply,Sustainability, Operations, Energy #J-18808-Ljbffr
