What’s the mission you’ll drive Execute flawless fiduciary and debt facility operations, ensuring 100% compliance and optimizing cash flow to fuel Addi's continuous growth and maintain investor confidence. What you will do - Execute all daily capital markets and treasury operations with zero errors, ensuring the precise and timely cash recycling required to support GMV (Gross Merchandise Volume) targets. - Transition the monthly close certification process from a semi-manual task to a fully automated workflow , reducing the preparation time and eliminating manual errors. - Deliver all financial reporting obligations and covenant compliance reports across all debt facilities with 100% accuracy and timeliness, ensuring zero breaches and maintaining strong relationships with our capital providers throughout the year. - In collaboration with Accounting and FP&A;, build and implement a streamlined data pipeline for all trust-related information, ensuring seamless integration and reducing monthly close reconciliation issues. - Reduce the operational workload for guarantee provider reporting (FGA/FNG) through process re-engineering and automation , while ensuring accuracy in all submissions. What we’re looking for - Prove experience in a corporate treasury, capital markets, structured finance, or financial operations - 1-2+ years of experience in a corporate treasury, capital markets, structured finance, or financial operations role, preferably within a high-growth startup, bank, or financial services firm. - Advanced proficiency in Excel is non-negotiable. Demonstrated experience building and managing complex cash flow models, waterfalls, and financial reconciliations. - Proven track record of process automation. Must provide specific examples of identifying an inefficient manual process and successfully implementing an improvement or automation that resulted in significant time savings or risk reduction. - Solid understanding of financial statements and debt instruments. Experience preparing covenant compliance certificates and managing reporting for debt facilities is highly desirable. - SQL competency is a strong plus. The ideal candidate has experience writing queries to retrieve and manipulate financial data, or at a minimum, a strong desire and aptitude to learn it quickly. - Has Solid Analytical Rigor to support decisions and recommendations - Demonstrates the ability to dive deep into complex financial data to ensure accuracy and derive insights. You are meticulous, methodical, and consistently apply a critical lens to their work, refusing to take numbers at face value. - When analyzing cash flow movements, you don’t just report the final number.
