Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia Responsibilities: Building and maintaining strong relationships with the Client. This includes understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Will also be responsible for identifying potential new solutions/products and expanding the company's revenue base. Responsible for all the portfolio in pipeline with the Group. Overseeing the financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Will work closely with the finance team to ensure financial goals are met and expenses are managed effectively. Managing and leading a team of professionals, including account managers and other operational support. Will provide guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team's success and foster a collaborative work environment. Business Development: Identifying and pursuing opportunities for business growth and expansion. This may involve developing new products or services, establishing partnerships or alliances, and exploring new markets. Assessing and managing risks associated with banking services, such as cybersecurity threats, regulatory compliance, and operational risks. Will work closely with the risk management team to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies. Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging with stakeholders, including executives, board members, and regulatory authorities. Will communicate the company's vision, progress, and performance to ensure alignment and support from key stakeholders. Industry Knowledge: Staying updated with the latest trends, regulations, and innovations in the banking and IT industries. This includes attending industry conferences, participating in networking events, and conducting research to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
