Provision Capital is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, data-driven marketer with a proven track record of driving growth for B2B and B2C clients through digital marketing channels. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement growth strategies for brands across various industries, with a focus on driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics • Build and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, search, display, and content marketing • Manage and track campaign performance, analyze data to identify areas of opportunity, and make data-driven recommendations to improve performance • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing content that drives engagement and conversion • Conduct A/B tests to optimize conversion rates and drive continuous improvement • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies and provide thought leadership to the team and clients • Build and maintain strong client relationships, provide regular reporting on campaign performance, and make recommendations for improvement Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or related field • Proven track record of driving growth for B2B and B2C clients through digital marketing channels • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies, including email, social media, search, display, and content marketing • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems, such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc. • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment If you are a highly motivated, data-driven marketer with a proven track record of driving growth for B2B and B2C brands through digital marketing channels, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
