About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager & Sales Assistant to keep our operations running smoothly while supporting sales activities. In this role, you will handle administrative coordination, manage schedules, and follow up on sales leads to help drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Coordinate office operations, schedules, and internal communications Respond to and follow up with incoming leads promptly, supporting sales efforts Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and sales activities in spreadsheets or CRM systems Support leadership with administrative and operational tasks Coordinate and document weekly team updates to ensure alignment Provide logistical assistance for occasional in-person meetings in Bogotá Required Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish Strong client-facing communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) Comfortable working remotely with occasional office visits Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting sales teams or working with CRM platforms Background in startups or fast-paced environments Familiarity with remote communication tools (Slack, Zoom, etc.) Why Join Us?
