At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u. - Lead monthly forecast, AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and PSP (PepsiCo's Strategic Plan) process for the region - Lead Financial Planning & Analysis for Colombia & suggest and specific analyses (financial, operating, competitive, etc) which are relevant to measure, - Design Colombia annual strategic planning process, within Corporate and Regional governance and guidelance. - Design and manage key initiatives to management and control specific KPIs, follow-up templates and provide appropriate visibility to leadership team. - Support CFO in business development agenda working in partnership with Comercial Finance team in order to develop Targets. - Monitoring the Capex & Productivity proyect execution. - Provide financial and strategic support to all company's areas including marketing, logistics, human resources, sales, production. - Guide the team to a budget control culture & standardize the opex budget processes and governance in order to have more control, efficiency y great accuracy.
