Job DutiesUnder direct supervision, provides remote technical supportservices to external and internal users of Landmark environment andapplications on basic/routine issues via telephone, email andelectronic channels while adhering to Customer Support operationalprocesses and best practices. Resolves the end user's servicerequest by applying established problem-solving techniquesincluding troubleshooting, data quality review, replicating the enduser's workflow, understanding how the software is functioning andproposing solutions that allow the end user to achieve theirobjectives. Service requests are limited to basic questionsregarding installations, configuration, data formatting andapplication functionality/workflows. Escalates all complex or novelissues to higher level Support Analysts as needed. The nature ofthe support services provided requires knowledge of the domainscience and knowledge of one to few software applications usedwithin the domain. Knowledge of domain software applications isacquired through structured training, self-guided learning, andon-the-job experiences. Requires an undergraduate degree. Noprevious experience is required.
