Responsibilities: - Create detailed interior documentation using Archicad software: 3D Model, Constructive Drawings, Demolition Plans, etc. - Create attractive photorealistic interior renderings. - Collaborate with architects & designers to ensure accurate interpretation of project specifications. - Review and revise interior documentation based on feedback and requirements. - Maintain a thorough understanding of industry codes, regulations, and standards. - Contribute to the development and improvement of interior documentation processes and procedures. - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address project-related queries and challenges. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Archicad software and recommend enhancements to optimize project efficiency. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field. - Proven experience as an Archicad Expert, with a focus on interior documentation. - Proficiency in Archicad software including creating 3D models, generating construction documentation, and managing project data. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise interior documentation solutions. - Fluent in English.
