About the Area Structured credit has increasingly attracted investors looking for portfolio diversification and potential returns above equity strategies. That is why we have an entire area dedicated to thinking about the best solutions when it comes to credit. All this with an investment and monitoring process resulting from origination, asset selection, analysis, structuring and frequent monitoring, with solid fundamentals to protect against losses. About the Role Develop a deep knowledge and fundamental understanding of the companies and industries under coverage that will allow him/her to convey in a clear and substantiated manner the main risks and opportunities of an investment. Main Responsibilities: Directly responsible for the fundamental monitoring of industries and credits under coverage; Development of financial models (Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow) and databases for the respective companies and industries; Develop investment cases and quarterly results to be presented to the Investment Committee; Analyze bond issues, corporate events and possible corporate restructurings; Continuous communication with portfolio managers on the impact and consequence of relevant news; Develop network of contacts with Latin American companies and the regional and international financial community; Organize and participate in meetings/conferences with companies in the industries covered; Support the sales team in customer service; Work with high standards of professionalism and technical exigency; Successfully contribute to the investment process of LatAm fixed income strategies both individually and as a team; Support PMs/CoPMs on managing information, tracking results and opportunities; Support PMs/CoPMs presentations, as required, for: Management Committees, Townhalls, new products and current products updates; Ensure that the senior team has visibility into relevant information of the deal through the investment process; Train and develop the junior team, guiding and mentoring them through feedback. Requirements: Relevant experience in the financial industry; Bachelor´s Degree (mandatory); Knowledge of Latin American markets, financial products, valuation of financial assets and financial modeling (mandatory); Fluent English (mandatory); CFA (desirable); Database and programming language skills (desirable); High analytical skills; Focus on excellence, detail, thoroughness and depth of analysis; Strategic vision, with the ability to understand in depth the companies and industries under coverage and detect opportunities and risks based on movements in the relevant variables; Soft skills, ability to work as part of a team, and high level of demand; Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, able to influence and with a good level of interpersonal relationships; Ability to learn from mistakes; Visualize challenges as opportunities.
