Customer Service Expertise An ideal candidate for this role will drive value and enhance service for customers while optimizing supply chain efficiency. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer portfolio. - Manage and resolve escalations related to complaints and disputes, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. - Contribute to achieving business objectives by meeting customer service targets and fostering collaborative relationships. - Work closely with order fulfillment team to monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Requirements - Proven experience in Customer Service & Logistics with direct customer interaction. - Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in SAP and MS Office suite.
