Location: On-site Cali, Barranquilla, Medellín, Bucaramanga, Bogota Schedule: Availability from Monday to Saturday, 2 days off, some weeks the days off will be Saturday and Sunday and other weeks will be Sunday and Monday. Responsibilities: Evaluate candidate profiles provided by sourcers, using screening calls to assess English level and advance qualified candidates. Manage candidate documentation (CVs and videos) and determine eligibility based on job requirements. Build and maintain a candidate database using our ATS and tracking platforms, documenting progress at each stage. Present qualified candidates to supervisors and clients based on job requirements. Maintain active communication with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Administer and send service order information.
