Key Outcomes: A highly open supply chain leadership role for the full end to end Supply Chain for Colombia, and as part of the market´s leadership team. Supply chain involves various processes including but not limited to demand planning, supply planning (DRP, MPS, MRP), procurement (demand, supply, indirect), manufacturing (co-packers), logistics (impo/expo, warehousing, transport), customer service (OTC), customer collaboration, innovation and brand change, technical, corporate real state services, finance and strategy. In addition, will lead maintaining and improving business reputation, supply chain relationship with strategic customers, participation in industry chapters/chambers, industry partnership forums, while also building positive relationship with internal centers of perfection (CoEs) and external suppliers. The role is also in charge of the efficiency of the supply chain, aligned to the market´s strategic imperatives of market share, sales, cash, margin, cost, customer and service. Key areas of focus: Full responsibility of Colombia Supply Chain and Procurement operations including: Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer, Technical, CRES (facilities). Efficiently navigate current global supply chain challenges while delivering against market´s outcomes. Run, Improve, and Transform the end-to-end Supply Chain operation to continuously enable the market´s ambitions – with short-, mid-, and long-term strategic plans to ensure top-line growth while improving efficiency year on year. Drive the customer partnership agenda with focus in efficiencies/alignments maximization (selling more with less) while securing the best service experience (preferred supplier as per customer satisfaction surveys). Accountable for full end to end COGS (product cost and logistic cost) and is the key point of contact for the business. Controlling and optimizing end to end cost to serve and focus on value creation across Supply categories Optimization of the inventory level to support the business and reduce cash exposure. Delivery of key KPI´s (Case fill, OTIFNE, Sales Forecast Accuracy, Inventory targets, cost) Ensuring that the Cash, margin, cost & Service objectives set by the organization are delivered compliantly. Deliver the Brand Change & Innovation pipeline through technical and commercialization strategies. Responsible for the local production agenda (including co-packers governance, what-if analysis, partnerships, etc.) Responsible for all procurement processes (direct and indirect). People agenda: Recruit, retain, engage, and develop talents, build culture of high-performance team and improve value survey scores year on year. Lead risk management, compliance agenda for Supply and for company and business partners.
