Role Summary We are seeking a proactive and analytical Market Intelligence and Operations Analyst to join our team, focusing on managing Field Force Performance (FFP). This critical role will enhance our understanding of customer interactions and optimize field operations to drive overall performance improvements. About the Job This Analyst will spearhead the development and optimization of FFP processes, ensuring alignment with customer needs and strategic business objectives. The role involves leading and managing key projects related to Field Force Performance, from conception through execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope and objectives. Main Responsibilities 1. Field Force Performance Management: Develop and optimize FFP processes, ensuring alignment with customer needs and strategic business objectives. 2. Project Management: Lead and manage key projects related to Field Force Performance, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope and objectives. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with members of the Customer Insights and Experience team, the iSupport team, and other stakeholders to ensure that field force processes are integrated effectively and foster productive behaviors. 4. Training and Development: Provide training and resources to field teams on the significance of customer insights, ensuring these concepts are woven into everyday operations. 5. Continuous Improvement: Actively identify and pursue opportunities for process enhancements based on customer feedback, performance analytics, and industry benchmarks. Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field. 2. 3+ years of experience in roles centered on customer insights, analytics, or field operations, preferably within the healthcare or consumer goods sectors. 3. Experience managing processes and projects is essential. We're looking for someone to improve and centralize LATAM processes in areas related to sales force productivity. 4. Proven experience in project management, with the ability to lead initiatives, manage timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. 5. Advance level in Spanish and English language. Also, Portuguese language desirable. 6. Proficient analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau). 7. Exceptional collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working across teams to achieve shared objectives. 8. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to continuous improvement.
