General Policy: Ensure built-in security during the development stages of software systems, networks, and data centers. Monitor hardware and software for vulnerabilities and risks. Continuously monitor security events, incidents, and intrusions to identify breaches promptly and communicate them to the IT team. Respond to potential threats or breaches by addressing security vulnerabilities. Analyze IT specifications to assess security risks. Design and implement security-related controls. Serve as a security expert and conduct training when needed. Draft policies and guidelines. Participate in audits, risk assessments, and relevant activities. Investigate the IT environment proactively to identify improvement opportunities in a timely manner. Liaise with vendors to implement security solutions. Stay informed about developments in the security field and keep knowledge up-to-date to provide credible, current services. Minimum Qualifications / Education / Experience / Certifications Ability to prioritize projects effectively. Drive to stay current with latest security threats and solutions. Experience with a variety of security products, including firewalls, virus protection, and security tools. Well-organized with the ability to analyze security problems quickly. Understanding of best security practices and their implementation at a business-wide level. Enjoy working in a multicultural team. Bachelor’s degree in ICT or similar, with over 5 years of experience.
