Accountabilities: - Design and develop scalable ML infrastructure on AWS, including tools like Sage Maker for efficient model training and deployment. - Partner with product teams to prototype and iterate on AI-driven features with business impact. - Implement robust monitoring and alerting systems to ensure the reliability and performance of ML models. - Support cross-functional AI initiatives, including the use of Generative AI across different departments. - Troubleshoot production-level ML issues and participate in on-call rotations for operational support. - Scale machine learning architectures to support rapid growth while maintaining cost-efficiency. - Mentor team members, perform code reviews, and elevate the overall skill level of the AI engineering group. - Stay current on emerging machine learning technologies and AWS advancements, recommending innovative solutions to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). - 6+ years of experience deploying machine learning models in production environments. - Expertise in ML areas such as recommendation systems, pattern recognition, or data mining. - Proven success in end-to-end ML model development, from ideation to business results. - Proficiency in Python; Golang experience is a plus. - Strong skills in SQL, working with relational databases and data warehouses. - Deep familiarity with AWS (especially Sage Maker) and cloud-based ML architectures. - Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for ML deployment. - Skilled in monitoring ML systems with tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or AWS Cloud Watch. - Knowledge of real-time data processing tools like Apache Spark or Kafka. - High standards, quick decision-making, and a drive to innovate beyond conventional approaches.
