About the Role: - Lead a team of engineers to develop our AI capabilities in MagicNotes, from process to mentoring to technical architecture. - Contribute to building our technology infrastructure and front-end. We value generalists who can adapt to changing needs. - Collaborate with product, design, commercial, and analytics teams to determine which features to prioritize and build within our product. - Develop internal tools to enhance efficiency and support the team. - Utilize generative AI tooling to empower caseworkers and focus on what matters – helping those in need. - Delve into the power of Large Language Models (LLMs) and explore ideal optimizations across our systems.
