We are looking for a hands-on **Regional Manager **who would work with us on the expansion of our current market position and the team management in LATAM region (Colombia, Central America, Caribbean, Ecuador, Peru) from Bogota. **The main responsibilities of Regional Manager will be**: - Management and support of the local teams - Sales and Purchase coordination - Leading key sales meetings, sales planning, forecasting, pricing policy and limits - Represent the company at events and with suppliers - Close cooperation with all line managers in HQ - Marketing supervision and coordination - Payment orders approvals incl. salaries - CF and finance supervision together with finance team - Operations and office coordination - Prepares market(s) analyses and updates on a regular basis - Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments - Has successful record of managing the team of 5+ members of at least 3 years - Has experience from leading a distribution business in a B2B environment towards small and medium sized companies - Understands accounting statements (P/L, BS, Cashflow) - Can deliver results through others - Is precise, reliable, flexible and fast learner - Thinks **analytically** and is able to present results to an audience - Has positive business attitudes and proactive client approach - Has working knowledge of PC office suites, has technological understanding - Communicates in Spanish and English fluently (C1) - Has excellent interpersonal communication skills, willing to learn new soft skills **An advantage will be**: - Knowledge/Experience of PV industry in LATAM - Already had an opportunity to work closely with a PV producer or distributor or installing company in LATAM - Long-term career opportunity - Close cooperation with top PV manufacturers and leading PV brands - Internal and external trainings - Attractive compensation package - Internationally oriented working environment in expanding company - Training and development possibilities - Work in one of the most dynamic industry
