Job Summary Experienced Training and Quality Specialist to join our Center of Excellence (COE). This individual will play a pivotal role in enhancing training programs, ensuring quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Facilitate new hire training programs and support ongoing training initiatives for multiple client processes. Develop and implement learning curricula that align with industry best practices. Collaborate with current trainers to standardize training methodologies and drive continuous improvement. Create a positive and engaging classroom training environment. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base with all training materials. Work actively with client and management team to ensure effective implementation and communication of all training strategies and initiatives. Execute Quality Assurance (QA) processes, including evaluations and calibration, to maintain and improve service quality. Monitor and evaluate the quality of QA evaluations, identifying trends and coordinating action plans. Review QA forms to ensure alignment with business requirements. Contribute to reporting efforts, producing regular status reports on team metrics and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align training and QA with company goals. Track and analyze learning curriculum and QA effectiveness through various evaluation techniques. Handle interactions/cases with the frequency defined by the business and client to stay up to date with program updates and best practices. Skills and Experience English Level B2+ Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Training and/or Learning Development roles in corporate environments. Effective facilitation and classroom management skills with the ability to present information using a variety of techniques. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with other departments and stakeholders. Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills. Proficiency in English and Spanish (Oral and written skills at 90% or higher) (C1 or above). Ability to manage multiple client processes. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to work independently. Intermediate Office Knowledge (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel). Knowledge of LMS, eLearning Content Creation, and Microlearning is a plus. Experience in Instructional Design and industry-standard training models is a plus.
