As we scale, we are hiring a **QA Lead / QA Specialist** to build and enforce a **quality-first culture** across all divisions. **Role Overview** As QA Lead, you will be the **final checkpoint** before any work reaches clients. You’ll own the **Definition of Done** across SEO, websites, ads, social media, design, and more. You’ll develop and maintain QA checklists, run audits, and catch issues early. Your mission**:guarantee that everything leaving our company is client-ready, on-time, and error-free.** **Key Responsibilities** - Develop **QA checklists & standards** for each service line (SEO, Web, Ads, Social, Design, etc.). - Review deliverables before they are sent to clients. - Ensure **SLA compliance** and adherence to the “Definition of Done.” - Audit reports, websites, campaigns, and content for accuracy and consistency. - Track recurring issues and work with managers to fix root causes. - Provide feedback to division managers to improve team performance. - Maintain a **QA log** and report quality KPIs to the Director of Operations. - Train new team members on QA processes. **Requirements**: - Experience in **Quality Assurance, Project Management, or Operations** in a digital marketing or tech agency. - Strong eye for detail, accuracy, and process compliance. - Familiarity with multiple digital services (SEO, websites, ads, design, social). - Strong organizational and documentation skills. - Excellent communication skills in **English and Spanish**. - Process-driven mindset, proactive in preventing errors. - Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards. **What We Offer** - Competitive salary based on experience. - Key role in protecting client satisfaction and company reputation. - Opportunity to design and own the **quality system** across all divisions. - Growth in a dynamic, international company. - Supportive office culture in Medellín.
