About the Location Our hotel is located in Cartagena, Colombia, where you can experience the authentic charm of the Getsemaní neighbourhood. We have 131 accommodations, including 27 suites, and offer four restaurants and lounges, two ballrooms, a Spa, Fitness Centre, and two rooftop pools. The Role The Massage Therapist role involves providing treatments that follow established protocols to ensure all guests experience peace and relaxation. Your responsibilities include: - Administering personalized and high-quality massage treatments - Providing exceptional customer service, being attentive to guests' individual needs and desires - Informing guests about spa services and offering detailed information on treatment options - Providing feedback to the spa manager and supervisor on guest responses to our services, contributing to creating the best possible menu of services to enhance the spa experience - Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the spa, including treatment rooms and therapist areas - Staying informed about all aspects of the spa, such as appointment procedures, cleaning procedures, and program menus that include yoga, meditation, and other activities To be successful in this role, you should have: - A degree in cosmetology or esthetics - Experience as a spa therapist (equivalent to 2 years) - Knowledge of corporal therapies (massages) and facials - Knowledge of human physiology - Basic English language skills related to your area of work (A2 level) We offer: - Competitive salary - Excellent training and development opportunities - Free accommodation at other Four Seasons hotels and resorts - Free laundry service for employee uniforms - Employee meal service This is a full-time position.
