We are seeking AI Automation Engineers and Workflow Automation Developers experienced with tools like n8n, OpenAI APIs, and chatbot frameworks to automate internal processes and enhance business performance. Responsibilities - Design and implement workflow automations using n8n or similar tools to streamline repetitive tasks across customer support, finance, HR, and marketing. - Build and deploy chatbots that integrate with internal systems (CRM, databases, forms) to assist users or perform automated actions. - Set up LLM-powered assistants (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) for data processing, email generation, form parsing, or customer service. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, develop low-code solutions, and iterate based on feedback. - Ensure seamless integration of AI tools with platforms like Hub Spot, Gmail, Slack, Google Sheets, Digital Ocean, etc. - Explore and test various AI APIs (OpenAI, Google Cloud AI, Deepgram, AssemblyAI) and RPA solutions as relevant. Qualifications - Proven experience in workflow automation with n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar tools. - Strong knowledge of AI APIs, especially OpenAI’s GPT models, and their integration into workflows. - Experience creating AI assistants, chatbots, or agent workflows interacting with users or backend systems. - Familiarity with API integrations, webhooks, and authentication methods (OAuth, API keys). - Bonus: scripting skills in Java Script, Python, or Node.js for advanced customization within n8n. - Bonus: experience with CRM, ERP, ATS, or Helpdesk platforms.
