As a seasoned software engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on designing and implementing backend services that manage liquidity, compliance, and transactional flows. Your role will involve shipping clean, well-tested code and evolving our architecture as we scale. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement scalable backend systems; - Evolving our infrastructure to accommodate growing demand; - Collaborating with the team to ensure API ergonomics and seamless integrations; - Building systems with an emphasis on correctness, observability, and auditability; - Contributing to shaping the engineering culture. Requirements To succeed in this role, you must have: - 5+ years of experience in building high-uptime systems; - Prior experience working on fintech/banking compliance systems or managing crypto/fiat liquidity; - A track record of building and scaling infrastructure from the ground up; - A strong command of TypeScript; - Experience working in remote-first companies with strong communication skills. Nice to Have The following qualifications are not required but preferred: - Familiarity with NestJS; - Familiarity with functional programming approaches; - Experience working with regulated environments (compliance, KYC/AML); - Experience working with banking cores (e.g., FIS, FiServe, Jack Henry).
