We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer to spearhead the design, development and deployment of scalable systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of full-stack development, agile project leadership and Generative AI tools. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build and deploy high-quality full-stack solutions with 95%+ test coverage. - Develop at least 2 major features per month, including AI-powered components. - Manage scopes, timelines and development team workflows across agile sprints. - Integrate Generative AI tools into product workflows and client-facing features. - Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical coaching. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in full-stack development (React, Node.js, PostgreSQL etc.). - Proven experience leading agile teams or acting as a project lead. - Strong grasp of scalable architecture, CI/CD and cloud deployment pipelines. - Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools (e.g., OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Hugging Face etc.). - Ability to build and integrate AI-powered features such as chatbots, content generation tools or recommendation systems.
