Controller Services Manager We're seeking a seasoned finance professional to spearhead the delivery of high-quality, compliant services related to budgeting and forecasting. - Responsible for leading the efficient execution of end-to-end services that meet strategic KPI targets and internal customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of cooperation and ensure seamless communication with stakeholders. - Develop and implement best practices in financial operations, leveraging external expertise to drive excellence. - Ensure adherence to compliance and internal control standards, upholding ethical and regulatory guidelines. - Oversee business continuity initiatives while mapping processes for transfer to the Transversal team and supervising internal transfers. - Support global transformation efforts related to finance operations, aligning with the Global core model and process improvements. About You: - 10+ years of experience in finance controlling environments, preferably with management and service delivery experience. - Proven change management skills to support transitions, ability to think strategically, build partnerships, manage teams, and grasp evolving technology platforms. - Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required. Intermediate English level is preferred.
