We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer who enjoys getting involved with Design activities. You will be in a strategic position, working closely with our client, being the focal point of UI/UX activities but also being in daily contact with our development team. Your mission and responsibilities: 1. As a member of a multidisciplinary squad (business, technology, and analytics), you will use your skills to help identify problems and propose solutions. 2. Transform complex problems into intuitive and easy-to-use experiences, aligning customer needs with business objectives. 3. Collaborate with development teams and product leads to create and track hypotheses, prioritizing the implementation of low-risk opportunities. 4. Assist in conducting concept tests, usability tests, and discovery research. 5. Create flows, wireframes, and prototypes. 6. Create final UI deliverables (icons, images, screens). 7. Facilitate co-creation sessions with multiple stakeholders. 8. Information architecture, usability, and interaction design. Must have: - Experience with Figma. - Ability to connect Design, development and Business strategy. - Autonomy and proactivity to be the client's focal point about UI/UX. - Proficiency in Figma.
