Experiencia comprobada en soporte de redes y seguridad en entornos medianos y grandes con operación 24x7. Participación en proyectos de redes y seguridad de mediana y alta complejidad. Experiencia en servicios de soporte gestionado para infraestructuras corporativas de red y seguridad, centros de datos (Data Centers) y centros de operaciones de red (NOC). Familiaridad con herramientas de monitoreo y ITMS como SolarWinds y ServiceNow. Habilidades orientadas al cliente para la gestión de incidencias, cambios, requerimientos y generación de reportes. Nivel de inglés intermedio deseable, con capacidad de lectura técnica y comunicación en entornos colaborativos internacionales. Additional Skills Network Automation expertise, including automations tools. Cloud network admin for one or more of the following: Microsoft Azure Amazon AWS Oracle Cloud Google Cloud Including containers, programming languages, API’s You will be successful in this role if you have: Network Engineer Experience in implementing and supporting complex network architectures. Knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLANs. Familiarity with network security principles and best practices. Public Cloud Platforms Proficiency in working with major public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Experience in implementing and supporting hybrid and multi-cloud network solutions. Understanding of SDN principles and experience with SDN controllers. Familiarity with SD-WAN (Software-Defined Wide Area Networking) technologies. Proficiency in network monitoring tools for performance optimization. Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing network performance. Formal Education Titulo universitario - pregrado finalizado en ingeniería de sistemas, ingeniería de telecomunicaciones o afines. Certificación de Cisco. Inglés conversacional.
