Growth Marketing Senior at BairesDev We are seeking a Growth Marketing Senior to join our team. This role involves driving growth through data-driven experiments and technical implementation. As part of the Growth Team, you will innovate and enhance our product or service by delivering experiments that accelerate growth and improve key metrics, while implementing growth solutions technically. What You Will Do: Implement and experiment with growth strategies related to user acquisition (SEO/PPC), conversion optimization (A/B Testing/Onboarding), and product improvements. Develop internal tools to support growth initiatives. Conduct analytics and develop feature enhancements. Collaborate with other teams to develop and execute growth strategies. Stay updated with the latest growth methodologies and industry trends. What We Are Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience in both front-end and back-end development. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach and understanding of business KPIs. Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical and product topics clearly.
